CANCELLATION POLICY
I’m a working mom of four, so trust me — I get it. Life happens, schedules change, and chaos comes up. All I ask is communication and respect for my time, energy, and reserved appointment slots. ✦ DEPOSITS ✦ All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your booking. Deposits go toward your final service total. ✦ RESCHEDULING ✦ Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice may transfer the deposit ONE time to a future appointment. ✦ SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS ✦ Same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit. ✦ NO-SHOWS ✦ No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ✦ LATE ARRIVALS ✦ Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability and the schedule for the day. ✦ REPEATED CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS ✦ Repeated no-shows, excessive rescheduling, or last-minute cancellations will result in being unable to book future appointments with Siren.
